COVID Ad

The ad is promoting the importance of social distancing and how no event is more important than everyone’s health. The photo itself was made in a darkroom by taking a page of a magazine and laying it over top a gloss paper. Then the enlarger was used the expose the paper to the images on the magazine, creating a creepy and translucent photo that made the bride look like a ghost. The ad was made in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop. For Photoshop, the image was changed from black and white to green, the color associated to illness. For InDesign, the type used was Gill Sans.
