DVD Case

This project was made in my Package Design class. I had to redesign the DVD case and discs to Ken Burn’s “Prohibition”. The concept was to make the case in the style of a 1920s newspaper article that details the capture of notorious Prohibition-era outlaw “Machine Gun” Kelly. I used Photoshop to create a fake photo of a police station holding on to all the items that were found on Kelly. All of the other design components for the case and the disc were made in Illustrator. I used the fonts Steelfish for the main title and the name of the movie’s creators and Times New Roman for the newspaper text.
